P. Ellie Doré joined C.J. Jenkins Law Firm as a Law Clerk in the spring of 2024 and now serves as a Junior Associate Attorney. She earned her Juris Doctor and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law from the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center in May 2025.
Ellie’s primary practice areas include business and corporate law. She is passionate about helping clients form, grow, and protect their businesses through strategic legal guidance and practical solutions.
Before attending law school, Ellie graduated magna cum laude from Louisiana State University in 2021 with dual bachelor’s degrees—a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising and a B.A. in Mass Communications with a concentration in Digital Advertising.
When she’s not in the office, you can usually find Ellie with a coffee in hand and a good book nearby. She has a love for art, enjoys visiting galleries, and often spends her free time painting or working on creative projects at home.
